Welcome to Teras Enterprises, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing THE CONCRETE LANDING GEAR ("Product"), you ("Customer," "you", “your”) agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Product Description

  • Name: THE CONCRETE LANDING GEAR
  • Price: As listed: USD, or Cad if option selected on website (excludes shipping, taxes, duties)
  • Material: High-carbon steel, powder-coated for extreme durability
  • Weight: ~28 lbs (12.7 kg)
  • Compatibility: Fits All major brands e.g., Allen, Multiquip, Wacker Neuson, etc.; 36"-48" power trowels
  • Intended Use: Concrete finishing

2. Order & Payment

  • All orders are processed via Shopify Checkout.
  • Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
  • Prices are in USD by default. Please select CAD on website if preferred. International orders may incur customs fees (your responsibility).
  • We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

  • Heavy Item Notice: THE CONCRETE LANDING GEAR is a 28 lb steel component.
  • We ship via freight for orders >1 unit or to remote areas.
  • Tracking provided within 24-48 hours of shipment.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to carrier.
  • Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are not our responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • 30-Day Return Window (from delivery date)
  • Eligibility:
    • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts and mounting hardware.
    • Products with custom-fabrication or modification to THE CONCRETE LANDING GEAR are not eligible for return.
  • Return process:

1.                   Email info@terasinc.com with order # and photos of product within 30 days of the product receipt date.

2.                   Label product with RMA # received from Teras representative (required).

3.                   Ship back at your expense (prepaid label not provided).

  • Refund: Made to your original payment method, minus:
    • 15% restocking fee
    • Original outbound shipping cost
  • Non-Returnable if: Used, damaged, scratched, or missing-part item(s).

5. Warranty

  • Product carries 3-Year Limited Warranty against defects in material or workmanship.
  • 3-year limited warranty covers: Cracks, breaks, weld failures, or alignment issues resulting only from normal professional use.
  • Excludes:
    • Misuse, abuse, modification, or overloading
    • Wear from abrasive concrete, chemicals, or impact
    • Improper installation or use on incompatible equipment
    • Shipping damage (claim must be filed with carrier)
  • Claim Process: Email photos of product and proof of purchase. We repair or replace at our discretion.
  • Warranty does not cover consequential damages (e.g., job delays, labor, injury).

6. Safety & Liability Disclaimer

⚠️ PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY – THE CONCRETE LANDING GEAR

  • This is heavy-duty industrial equipment. Improper installation or use can cause serious injury, death, or catastrophic equipment failure.
  • You assume all risk when installing, operating, or transporting THE CONCRETE LANDING GEAR.
  • Required:
    • Wear full PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, hard hat).
    • Follow power trowel OEM manual and torque specs.
    • Inspect bolts, welds, and alignment before each use.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Injuries, property damage, or lost profits.
    • Use by untrained or unauthorized operators.
    • Trowel tipping, blade damage, or job site accidents.

7. Intellectual Property

  • THE CONCRETE LANDING GEAR design, name, logo, photos, and installation guides are copyright © [Teras Enterprises, Inc.].
  • You may not copy, replicate, 3D print, or reverse-engineer this product.
  • Registered Trademark.
  • Patents pending.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of THE CONCRETE LANDING GEAR.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

  • Governed by the laws of South Dakota, USA.
  • Any disputes resolved in Hamlin County courts.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes equal acceptance.
  • Check this page before reordering.
