Refund policy
Warranty Coverage: Teras Enterprises Inc. ("the company" warrants that the steel product, including the base plate, arm, and shaft (hereinafter referred to as "the Product") is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase by original purchaser.
What is covered: The warranty covers any defects in the base plate, arm, and shaft of the Product arising from faulty materials or workmanship.
What is not covered:
- Normal wear and tear of the Product
- Damage resulting from improver use, installation like over-tightening the U-bolts, or maintenance.
- Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons.
- Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
- any damage that might occur to your concrete power trowel.
- Obligations of the Company: During the warranty period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective part of the Product without charge. If a replacement is not available, the Company may offer a comparable product or refund the purchase price.
Claim Process: to make a warranty claim, the customer must:
- Provide proof of purchase, including date and place of purchase
- Notify the Company of the alleged defect within the warranty period
- Return the defective Product, postage prepaid, to the designated address provided by the Company.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective Product. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages.
Duration of Implied Warranties: To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty.
Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of Guadalupe County and the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guadalupe County.
